Airwallex B2B clients lacked a central place to manage compliance and operational tasks across their connected accounts. They had to rely on APIs or offline channels (e.g. email) to respond to KYC or KYCRFI requests. This created inefficiencies, slowed down customer support, and increased reliance on Airwallex teams.
Through client interviews and support data, we learned that Airwallex B2B clients wanted a self-serve portal & Airwallex Ops team needs integrated solution. So we design a Platform Console phase 1 from scratch to serve KYC management & balance visibility.
This turned fragmented, API-heavy workflows into a unified self-serve experience, reducing support load, accelerating compliance reviews, and improving client trust in Airwallex.
